Buyer shredded items and removed all gemstones
I had a buyer by 250 g of sterling silver and I got a request for return today and he sent me pictures but he completely shredded the jewelry and took all the gemstones out before sending me photos and also saying that the weight is light, but he waited after he removed gemstones and everything apartI have no choice but to accept that’s really the only option that eBay gives me that listed as accepting returns so I don’t think I can do the refund when I get it back either. What can I do? Btw yes he admits he messed the necklace up. Has not mentioned gemstones.
