Buyer should have been charged for return postage but was not.
what can I do to get shipping charges back from buyer. Item was purchased in error. customer did not notify me until they received item

Who pays for the return shipping is based on the reason for return selected when the buyer opened the request, unless you offer free returns. What reason was on the request?
