Buyer shipped purchased item back but I never received it.
This is the information I received from usps about the pkg. there is no tracking #. I sent this information to buyer. I requested tracking number but no response yet. Not sure what to do. Going around in circles with eBay can’t really get a answer. Firs time dealing with this issue. I would appreciate any information thank you.

Mentor2 years agoYou couldn't have this information if there wasn't a tracking #. Where are you seeing this tracking information? Is it on a return? The tracking # should be in the return.
Is your mail handled through the Modesto post office? If the address is insufficient (this is often due to a missing apartment/unit #), that might be the reason. Or it might be that the package was delivered to the wrong post office. Call your local post office to ask if they still have the package and if so, verify the address with them and ask for a re-delivery.
The return address on the label came from your address setup. Check here to be sure all addresses are correct:

What does the status show on the Return Request details?
