Buyer sent pictures of a used item and wants to return it. The item I sent was brand new.
Will I be forced to take back a rusted used item, when I sent a brand new item? I feel like this is a swap out and I need some advice. Thank you! If this happens, I will never want to sell on ebay again because that is just pure nonsense!
