Buyer sent me (seller) message they were charged twice
A buyer sent me a message that their credit card was charged twice for the item I have not sent yet. Please advise what to do in this situation.

Mentor5 months agoIt's possible that the buyer is seeing a pending transaction, and when the charge actually goes through, that pending hold will drop off. Assure the buyer that if s/he is charged twice, and you see the payment twice, that you will refund one of them.
