Buyer sent back the wrong item and eBay still refunded them the money out of my account who do I get ahold of I canâ€™t find a number to call

Then you can contact customer service but unless this buyer has been reported before chances are that there is nothing you can do, especially if eBay was asked to step in for the return by the buyer.
