A purchaser sent a picture of item they received today.Â
I sent a new never used item.Â
the photo shoes an item with moderate use.Â
the item is not apparel or jewelryÂ
condition doesn’t matter.Â
think of item such as a lock.Â
item sold at substantial discount - I wanted it out of house.Â
I wonder if not a picture of their old item.Â
