Buyer sends photos of item that looks different than what was purchased
A purchaser sent a picture of item they received today.
I sent a new never used item.
the photo shoes an item with moderate use.
the item is not apparel or jewelry
condition doesn’t matter.
think of item such as a lock.
item sold at substantial discount - I wanted it out of house.
I wonder if not a picture of their old item.
what should I do?
