Depending on your return policy in that listing, if the item was returned in a different condition, Sellers may be able to deduct up to 50% of the refund.
If this listing showed that you do not accept returns, that option is not available.
If this Buyer opened an Item Not as Described refund request, you would need to issue a full refund based on your no return policy.
