Buyer sending refunded item back to seller
I sold an item on eBay in November. I got a refund and a return request from the buyer because he “changed his mindâ€. Firstly, he never returned the item to me and I gave him a full refund of $90 How do I go about rectifying this?
and secondly, how do I change my refund policy so I can still offer returns but for valid reasons ?

·9 months agoYou handled this wrong. Never refund until you have the item back. Now that you have refunded, that tells ebay that you don’t want the item back. You can contact the buyer and tell them you will pay shipping for them to send it back, but since you refunded them, they are under no obligation to send it back.
