Buyer sending back item missing parts
Hey Guys just trying to get your input on an issue I had with a buyer. He said that there was something wrong with what I sent him and then EBay gave the buyer back his money and the buyers sent back the item with parts missing making my item no good. How can I get my money back if every time I message EBay they deny me? It would be nice to be able to talk to a person than message

When a Buyer opens an Item Not as Described refund request on eBay, the Seller has three business days to respond with either a prepaid return label or a full refund. If they do not respond on time, the Buyer can ask eBay to step in and force the refund.
When eBay does that, the Seller gets a serious defect on their account and any negative feedback will not be removed. Plus, when eBay has to issue the refund, the Seller does not get their selling fees refunded.
Some Sellers are eligible to deduct up to 50% of a refund if the Buyer returns something different than as sent. Eligible Sellers are those that offer returns in their listings.
