Buyer asked to send item to different address in chat. How do i do that?

·2 years agoHi @jmae73 Only the buyer should change their shipping address. If you change the shipping address, you'll lose seller protection with eBay. Send a message through eBay to the buyer explaining that you'll have to cancel, refund, and relist, then they can re-purchase and change their shipping address before they pay.
Cancel the order for reason "problem with buyer's address." When you cancel, the buyer will automatically be refunded.
