buyer selection on fedex is grayed out
Using calculated shipping.
I entered all dimensions & weight gave UPS or Fedex as the options
Buyer Selected Fedex Home Delivery and paid for it
Trying to Print a shipping label all of Fedex and UPS buttons are grayed out
There is a balloon note showing buyer selected this but the selection button is grayed out
I am unable to make a selection and print label
