Buyer selecting shipping method
Does ebay allow buyers to select a shipping method (and pay for that shipping method), regardless of package weight?
Buyer selected first class mail, but the package was well over the 1# limit for first class ended up sending via UPS ground at my expense.

Mentor3 years agoBuyers can only select from the options that you offer in the listing. If the buyer paid for first class, that is what you put in the listing.
