Buyer selected wrong delivery method
buyer selected “pick up†and paid. She meant to select “shippingâ€. How do I get paid for shipping? What is best way to handle this order?

Mentor2 years ago@nvan8315 The best way to handle this is to cancel the sale as problem with buyers address. Select cancel from the drop down menu next to the sold item.
Refund the buyer, then relist WITH shipping. The buyer pays again with the shipping price you set on the listing.
If you don't do these steps you won't be able to add the tracking plus you don't receive the buyers shipping address. You would have no seller protection for proof of delivery.
