buyer selected shipping
I had listed $9.99 for shipping, did not specify USPS ground. Buyer selected USPS priority shipping which was more than the $9.99 I had charged. I shipped via USPS ground and not priority. What do you do?

The buyer can only choose the shipping you had indicated.
