buyer selected shipping
Recent purchases from my store have been designated buyer selected shipping. Even though I pay for shipping, buyers are choosing much more expensive USPS postal rates that I cant afford. How do I remove this option?

Looking at the most recent sale for the Chinese CD-rom, this was listed in Video Games category, that's way Media Mail wasn't an option for you to choose when you printed your label.
The following are examples of items that don't qualify for USPS Media Mail
comics/magazines/newspapers/yearbooks/catalogs/software/video games/blank media
BUYING A LABEL:
If your item is sold and you are trying to print a Media Mail shipping label, eBay will no longer allow a Media Mail label to be printed, unless it was listed in a "Media" category. Meaning, even if it is a book that qualifies, if it was listed in another category, you can't print a Media Mail label on eBay.
-- You can print a media mail label on third-party shipping software like Pirate Ship and then upload that tracking number to eBay.
-- You can also buy a media mail label at the Post Office, and again, manually upload the tracking number to the eBay order.
-- Here is a webpage where you will be able to find more information about media mail: pe.usps.com/text/dmm300/173.htm#ep1113500
