Buyer selected local pick up by mistake
Hello,
I had a purchase come through where the buyer selected local pick up, when I reached out they said they did not mean to select local pick up and needed it shipped. After that they also stated that the confirmation email they got from ebay says their order would be shipped. (I don't see that they pd any shipping)
Not sure how to handle this. any suggestions?
Is there a way to contact ebay? The automated was not helpful 😞
