Buyer selected local pick up as a mistake and paid for the item and now wants to ship it.
Hi! I've only been selling for roughly a year and have never had a buyer accidently select local pick-up. I noticed in the transaction details that the buyer is in CT and I am in MI. When I reached out to the buyer they want to add shipping. I can't find how to do that after the buyer has paid. Any help is appreciated:)

Seller Hub > Orders > Awaiting shipment
Locate the order, click the down-arrow, select Cancel order, select Problem with buyer's address, submit.
Relist the item, the buyer repurchases the item and makes sure s/he selects the shipping option, repays, and then you ship.
