Yes. Sellers are responsible to make sure the item arrives, in the condition described in the listing.
If you want the broken pieces back, send a return label to your buyer and refund when you get it. If you don’t want the broken stuff, you can refund and put this behind you. Either way, your buyer needs to be made whole.
