Buyer screwed up & eBay doesn't have a human to look at appeal requests.
Buyer sent me this message: ""I received my package not counting starter earrings that come with necklace sets i counted 142. Can't do anything with earrings that belong to a set I'm a reseller. So not happy about earrings only that belong to a set . Will be doing a negative review" Then she left this negative review: "Got 142 pieces not 200 some were earrings that was missing necklace can do anything with them"
The description states the following for 200 Paparazzi lot: "142 sets, bracelets, rings & earrings are new & complete. 61 earring pairs are incomplete - missing the necklaces. See 2nd to last picture." I then gave a breakdown of how many of each item & included the pic with the 61 incomplete sets. I included a few free items for 203 total. I requested eBay remove the bad review. Almost immediately eBay denied my appeal for item not matching description. She's complaining about getting exactly what was described! Even pointing out the 61 incomplete sets & 142 complete ones. Clearly, no human actually read any of this. Now, I can't get a human agent to save my life.
