Buyer scraping parts out of electronics
The specific model of this item is well-known for experiencing faulty power supply and additional functionality issues.
As a result, I listed it as defective and faulty, yet turning on and it is being sold for spare parts.
Now, the buyer wishes to return it claiming it is completely non-functional, not even turning on.
I am suspicious that a part may have been taken out, as it is relatively easy to open and check or remove functional components.
Why else would someone order something listed as faulty?
Please help me, this is my first issue as a seller, I dont know what to do, how would ebay decide after the deadline?
