Buyer scheduled AUTO PAY 7 days after sale THEN DIDN’T PAY
Buyer asked to cancel sale after a week scheduled for auto payment. Reason order placed by mistake. We all know you have to walk through several steps to put in a bid, no mistake. This is the second time happening to me. What good is a scheduled auto payment if eBay doesn’t auto charge the buyer? Is there any recourse for this?

Mentor10 months agoYou must allow for combined shipping. If you allow combined shipping on your auction items then the buyer can extend the auto pay deadline for up to 7 days. So you would either need to turn off the auto pay option and go by the regular eBay payment rules or stop allowing combined shipping.
