Buyer scams targeting low dollar items that the shipping info is never updated on out ebay site
Im a seller that once again lossed out on 25.00 refund that ebay gave away to a sellee that clearly is a scammer. One in 8 or ten sales on ebay have shipping info never show delivered even if the item makes it there fine. The scam is targeting low dollar items and utiliyzing the 15'/. Chance the item is attached said glitch ( no delivered flag ) then start case never received. Ultimately get items free. Not fair! This last seller even left positive feedback when i followed up with him about a successful delivery. Then ebay refunds the whole amount????? This is ridiculous

If the BUYER files a Refund Request due to Item Not Received, and there is no tracking to show the item was delivered, then the request will be found in buyer's favor.
