Mentor10 months agoThe seller cannot disagree since they would have no proof that the item was not damaged during shipping, regardless of how the item was packaged.
Did the buyer provide a picture of the damage/breakage?

OP10 months agoYes they provided a picture, but it was a muffled looking picture. Only one with the packing material around it. It was hard to see. Just a sketchy claim. I eventually refunded all their money.
