Buyer scam
A buyer reported an item as broken before it was shipped. I purchased the shipping label but haven't shipped the item. I was going to ship it today but stopped when I saw the message from the buyer. eBays "report a buyer" doesn't have an option that applies to this situation. I'm reluctant to ship the item now. How do I report the buyer to eBay? Thanks

Has the buyer opened a Return Request?
I would contact the buyer to ask if they have mixed me up with another seller.
Inquire if they want to cancel the sale.
Let me know if the buyer opened a return request as my advice will change based on that.
