Buyer says wrong item - but it was right

I listed a camera lens. The listing was accurate and included a photo of the original box with the model number. There are two versions of this item; the one I sold was the older version. The buyer asked for a refund because I sent the "wrong item" -- he wanted the newer version. However, the item was accurately labeled. I agreed to return the item but insisted that he pay for shipping (I paid for two-day delivery) since he made the error. He is not responding to my offer. What should I do?

If they have filed an INAD and you want it returned before refunding, accept the return and provide a shipping label.

If you don't, the buyer can ask Ebay to step in and they could refund the buyer from your account and let them keep it.
