Buyer says they hasn’t received their package.
I shipped a pair of shoes out on the 1st of December, the package says arrived on the 5th of December. They buyer contacted me then put in a request for a refund the 7th of December. Any tips on how to proceed, and can I even get my package back if I give out a refund?

Mentor2 years agoIf tracking shows delivered to the buyer, respond to the claim by entering the tracking #. It should close in your favor.
Send the buyer a sympathetic note, gently explaining that they must go to their PO with the tracking # and ask the clerk to look up the delivery. The scanners have gps, so they can see exactly where the package was delivered. If mis-delivered, the carrier should try to retrieve the package.
If correctly delivered and stolen from the buyer's property, it is up to the buyer to file a police report and a home insurance claim, if applicable.
