Buyer says the shoes they purch are 2 different sizes would it be wrong to ask for a picture?
I sold 2 pairs of shoes exactly a like but 2 different sizes one pair a 9, the other a 9.5. One buyer contacted me and told me they received a 9 and a 9.5. They ordered the 9.5 but say the 9 fits better. I contacted the other buyer afraid the shoes had gotten mixed up, but they say the received both shoes a size 9 exactly what they ordered, so the other pair has to have two 9.5 I'm sure I would have noticed if one shoe was bigger than the other when wearing. Would it be wrong to ask the buyer to send a picture of each shoe's size?

Mentor11 months agoNo, that is what I would do as well. Ask for photos of each shoe.
