Buyer says the purchased item is not as they thought. I contacted the buyer to at
the photos. All the things that they are complaining about are visible on the photos in the sales page. I am waiting for a reply

Buyers are protected by the eBay MBG: : eBay Money Back Guarantee policy
You should familiarize yourself with it because your No return policy can easily be trumped and force you to accept a return, pay for a return label and then refund within 2 days of receiving the item back. If you try fighting the return eBay can be asked to step in and force the refund from your account and let the Buyer keep the item along with giving your account a defect for not resolving a problem.
Buyers don't have to be honest to force a return either.
If that happens and the return is for a false reason the first thing you do is use the Report Buyer link on the transaction and then see if any eBay Seller protections apply to your situation: Seller protections | eBay

OP6 months agoA lot has changed in 25 years. I had this happen before but eBay helped me with the buyer. This is a bogus claim.The buyer changed their mind and either never looked at the photos or they aren't a real person. I think the description my business partner used was a bit over done. I said this to the buyer. The photos show all the issues and they bought it as it was and is. I will look at the information you suggested. Thank you.

I agree, changes on eBay are in a constant state of flux. It's a challenge for us here too trying to stay current with policy changes so we can provide accurate support for members. eBay isn't the greatest at disseminating information for those who need it.
