buyer says the item is half the weight that I sold
Hi, I mailed an item that I weighed at over 1kg. My listing included photos of it on my scale. The buyer says he received it and it's only 600gr. I stand by my measurement and have no way to confirm he's weighing the item I sold him or that he didn't tamper with it.I think he's going to ask me to pay back the difference. In addition, it was an international sale with expensive postage. I can't prove he's scamming me but I feel like he's scamming me. How should I proceed?

OP8 months agoI did use EIS. Do I need to contact eBay or just leave it between the buyer and eBay?

Mentor8 months agoDid you use Ebay International Shipping (EIS)? If so let ebay handle it.
If you shipped it directly yourself, see if you can find a carrier scan with a weigh in. Or if you have a carrier receipt showing the weight.
