Buyer says the item arrived broken. Is there insurance for shipping?
Hello, I'd be grateful for your advice.
The buyer messaged me saying that the dish I had shipped arrived broken. This must have happened during shipping, as it was perfect when I shipped out. Is there shipping insurance? Or do I have to issue a refund for poor handling of shipping service? Thank you.

Did you insure the package when you paid for shipping?
Refund your buyer and if insured, file a claim with the shipping company.
