Buyer says someone bought something from me that they did not order. How, do I confirm this? I have never had this happen before. Is there a number for contacting customer service?

If you have not shipped yet the best thing to do is cancel the sale as buyer requested and refund the buyer. I would also add the buyer to my blocked list> https://www.ebay.com/bmgt/BuyerBlock?
For trickier situations like this you're best off sticking with our advice OR using social media as the agents are more experienced.
