Buyer says she just doesn't like the toy. I had given her free s/h,
Can I subtract the cost for the s/h from her the price she purchased the item for?

Mentor1 year agoSorry but if the shipping was free then the full amount paid must be refunded. You can only deduct the shipping if it was a separate charge to the buyer.
