Buyer says product doesn't match description y
Buyer and I communicated multiple times about the items being sold and he purchased them after I sent multiple other item pictures and description including full description in bold ...
eBay ended up giving a return 10 days after purchase now after refund I will end up losing a extra 35$plus dollar and the other buyer who I chose not to sell to is already handled so I'm out almost 40$ and my selling account frozen Bec they want me to pay the full amount back even after reporting that my items were reported returned but I don't have them still
