Buyer says not received but shipping shows otherwise
have a buyer that paid and I shipped his order. He paid Sept 27th. He wants a refund as of November 3rd saying the package was never delivered. The tracking shows the package was left with individual on Oct 3rd. So what do I do here

Mentor1 year agoYou need to respond to the case with the tracking number and then contact eBay customer service and ask them to manually check the tracking number and then close the case in your favor.
