Buyer says items hasn't arrived, but tracking shows it attempted delivery
On August 2nd I shipped an item to a buyer, the tracking shows delivery attempted on August 5 & 6, the package is in the local post office. Buyer filed a request for refund even though the eBay tracking shows it's in the city at the post office. I've contacted the buyer in several eBay emails but no reply. I've notified them that the package is at the post office to check and let me know. Crickets....no response at all. My funds are on hold. What do I do now?
