Buyer says item not received. I provided tracking for this item. Post office says it was delivered
Buyer says item not delivered. Post Office took possession of package. Tracking provided shows item was delivered.

If the Buyer files an official claim through eBay that they did not receive their package all you have to do is copy the tracking number from the sold item and paste it into the claim. You will be protected as long as eBay's tracking shows it was delivered.
You can then take a screen shot of eBay's confirmed tracking and send that to them in an eBay message and suggest they take the tracking number to their local post office and ask them where they delivered the package.
The package may also have been stolen so the Buyer would have to file a stolen property report with their local police department and then see if they can file a claim with their Homeowners or Renter's insurance provider.

OP4 months agoI sent the buyer a copy of usps tracking number provided through ebay Shipping and sent them a copy of the receipt from the post office when it was dropped off.
