Buyer says item never ordered then says item flawed
Received message from eBay that claim filed with buyer credit card company that they do not recognize sale. Then four days later receive message item flawed. eBay told me to not contact Buyer as she is breaking eBay rules. Now I have received negative feedback and eBay will not help.
