Buyer says item (insured with signature required and received) was not received
Says the driver knows their signature and just signed themselves but they never received the package. UPS website shows 'Proof of Delivery' and cited some sort of initials in the 'Received By' box. UPS website will not process my claim. I'm in a 'Buyer Says'/'UPS Says' situation. $925 involved. Anyone been through this and how was it resolved?
