Buyer says I still owe them money for shipping
I got an order then one min later got a request to cancel the order so I clicked the button approving the cancellation
then they message me saying there was two orders they canceled one and one is pending and on my end it doesn’t show any orders from this person after they canceled
then they say I still owe them shipping? Don’t know what to do

Mentor3 years agoAdvise the buyer that he only ordered one item from you and that when you canceled the order, his full payment was refunded (including shipping). Suggest he check to see if he ordered the other item from another seller.
If he persists, advise he to contact eBay for verification.
