Buyer says i sent wrong size
Buyer is saying I sent an xs when I sent a small, my listing was for a small and I have a photo of tag that says small.
She posted two generic photos of the same shirt she claims I sent that shows an xs. The hang tag is the wrong color and she could have pulled the photo from anywhere.
She is calling me a liar and a bad seller etc. It is an expensive shirt and I have documentation. Plus she asked how I would resolve the issue before she asked for a refund. I alerted ebay about her claim to me last night because I had a feeling she was going to do this. Ebay automatically approved the return, i will not accept a blouse that is the wrong one. It was a Johnny Was and expensive.

Mentor3 years agoIf the buyer files a Returns Request for Item Not as Described, you WILL accept the return and pay for a return shipping label. You have a 30 day return policy. That means you accept a return for any reason. If you decline the return, and the buyer Asks ebay to step in, ebay can refund the buyer and not require that the item be returned.
