Buyer says he is limited to one item every 10 days
I have a listing set up with a quantity of two of the same item. A buyer wants to purchase both but gets a message when he attempts to do it saying he can only purchase one item every 10 days. I have not set anything in the listing Limiting this. How can this be removed?

Mentor2 years agoThere is a buyer requirement setting that blocks buyers with a set amount of feedback from buying a set amount within 10 days. You can check and change your settings here.
