Buyer says he is having problems trying to pay for his purchase. Can I get help from ebay?

Mentor2 years agoUnless you know the specific details of the problem the buyer is having, most likely the buyer will need to try some some different things to complete the payment or else the buyer will have to reach out to eBay directly.
Depending on the specific problem you may want to suggest trying a different browser/browser mode/device/payment method/network/country site/eBay account to rule out problems with each of those things.
