Buyer says he has new address after purchase and I bought shipping label
Buyer purchased item I bought label ready to ship in morning but just got message that he has new address ?

You can Cancel the label you bought, then buy another by following the Cancelling shipping label instructions in the link below. It can take up to 30 days for a refund for the label to be credited.

I cancelled order , and told buyer if he wants to repurchase he can change his shipping address at checkout
