Buyer says eBay won't let him pay
Hello, I've got a buyer that says he's unable to pay over the last 2 days. I know ebay seemed like it was working a little wonky last night, and I was having trouble getting the site to load even, but he said that even today he can't pay for item. He has been very communicative so I believe it actually isn't working. Trying to see if I can get him some help to work around this. He sent me this screenshot and said this is what happens when he tries to pay either on his laptop or the app.
