No, that was my old address and I donâ€™t know why eBay messed it up.
This happened to 2 other recent purchases.
No one currently lives at that address anymore.

@fordstuff1961 sounds off to me (scam). if someone moves, all they have to do is change their address on their ebay account and submit a change of address to the post office. red flags #1 & 2

And eBay shipping has nothing to do with it. You would have sent it to the same address no matter which shipping service u used bc that is the address he provided. red flag #3

And saying no one currently lives at that address is red flag #4. How would he know that?

And saying he wants a refund instead of having the package sent to his 'new' address is red flag #5.

Tell him to let the post office know they messed up by not forwarding to his new address. After that, stop corresponding.

If he opens an item not rec'd case, he will not win. You will upload the tracking number that will show 'delivered' to the address he provided.
