Buyer says didn't receive item in a set
I am sure I put everything back in the box after taking pictures for the listing; lesson learned to take photos before sending and write an itemized checklist on the packing list.
I double-checked the bin with other items I took pictures of the same day and it isn't there. Now what? Do I have to accept a return?
