Buyer says didn't receive item but ebay shipping says it was delivered.
Buyer says he didn't receive item but ebay shipping says it was delivered. How do I handle this?

Mentor2 years agoYou could reach out and verify the address first. Make sure that the address that you shipped to was the buyer's correct address.
Maybe check that before deciding what to do next.
Because here's the thing. The next options are going to be:
Refund the buyer and lose the item.
Contact the local post office for their zip code and see if you can verify that delivered address is theirs.
If it is, then maybe setup a return to provide a label for an item they say they don't have, and see if they ship anything back.
