Buyer saying she didn't get all her items
I have a buyer who bought 14 items she first messaged me saying that she didn't get 3 of her items, I did make a mistake on one of her items now she saying she didn't get 5 items now, I know she got all but 1 item. She took a pic of what she got and it shows 13 items out of 14 and I don't know what to do. I have all the messages and pictures saved someone please let me know what to do. Thank you
